Membership to CASDEM is free and open to all employees of Colorado public school districts with energy management responsibilities. This includes energy managers, superintendents and any other employees responsible for energy management in school districts.

Applications for CASDEM will be reviewed by a CASDEM officer. CASDEM membership is limited to school district employees with energy management responsibilities and is not open to vendors.
